Ray and Marcus really made my stay enjoyable, especially when they helped fix our TV issue quickly. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing, and the sun loungers made it so easy to soak up some sun. Just a heads up, the parking can be a bit tricky, but it didn't take away from the positive vibe! 😊

It was just a reliable pick for a concise stay in Fort Lauderdale with great value-to-price ratio. Room service food is good, but it comes in paper bags which feels a bit cheap. If you're looking for something specific, double-check with the staff before you book.

missingWrote a review on Jul 23tiny balconydecent cleanlinessmarina viewpoor viewfrustrating check-in
The room was nice enough, but the balcony was super tiny, really just enough for two chairs. We had a view, but it was mostly blocked by a big yacht. Got the marina view after requesting it, but the check-in process was a bit frustrating and the bridge view was a bummer. Cleanliness was decent though, just wish the setup was better.

The staff were incredibly attentive, making sure my check-in was smooth and that all my requests were met. The location is perfect for exploring local attractions, and the pool area was lovely!
The breakfast quality did not meet expectations.

The pool area and gym were nice. I found some killer food spots nearby! Shoutout to the polite valet staff. they made my arrival a breeze.
Check-in was a total mess, felt like I was stuck in customs for ages! The walls are paper thin, so you’ll know all the gossip.

The pool was lovely and the lobby had such a charming vibe! Plus, I loved the late check-out options—who doesn't enjoy a bit of extra lounging?
No cups? Honestly, I didn’t think I’d have to bring my own tea party supplies!

Beautiful View with Some Bumps
Enjoyed the stunning view from the balcony of our two doubles room. The upgrade was a delightful surprise after a long day. However, clarity around room cleaning policies could improve. Don't forget to check out the Tiki bar for tasty drinks and a vibrant atmosphere!

The location near the marina is fantastic, and the staff is genuinely friendly and accommodating, especially Anthony at the front desk. However, the hotel shows signs of wear, particularly with the carpets and some dated areas. an update would go a long way in enhancing the experience.
